# 1 : Is the solution available as an installed version?

Here at Jamespot, we're convinced that SaaS (Software as a Service) is the future of software. That's why we've chosen a 100% online solution. So there's no installed version of our software.

# 2 : Is the solution secure?

The Jamespot platform is both private and secure, and users have to identify themselves (login and password).

We work with actors in the banking sector and public bodies for whom data security is critical.

# 3 : Where is the data hosted?

All our client data is stored on OVH servers in Roubaix, France.

# 4 : Is there a mobile version of the solution?

The Jamespot solution is available on smartphones and tablets via an application in HTML 5.

# 5 : How long does it take to set up an ESN?

At Jamespot, setting up an ESN project is very quick. There's no installation and creating your collaborative platform is done in just a few clicks. What does take time, however, is thinking about your project – specifically in terms of the objectives you're going to give to your platform, the first groups you're going to create, and the rights you're going to give users, and so on.

# 6 : Is the solution multilingual?

The Jamespot solution is currently available in 11 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Flemish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, and Turkish.

Other languages will be added very soon.

# 7 : Can the platform be customized?

Your Jamespot platform is 100% configurable. In just a few clicks you can change the colors, the logo, and also the lexical universe of your platform.

# 8 : What is the minimum size of a network?

There is no minimum size for a Jamespot network. But as it's easier to collaborate with several people, we advise that you have at least 10 people for your project.

# 9 : Is the solution suitable for a voluntary organization?

Absolutely! The Jamespot collaborative platform can host all the activities of an association: communication with members, activity management, organization of events. It's the perfect tool for getting together, forming groups, and creating links between members.

# 10 : Is there a risk of overlap with our current tools?

That will depend on the tools you are already using.

You could have an intranet as a central repository for information and documents and a Jamespot platform for employees to discuss and collaborate on projects and activities.

Or you could have a CRM to manage your client data, and a Jamespot solution for discussion with your clients and for sharing resources with them.

# 12 : What is the cost of the Jamespot solution?

The cost of the Jamespot.Pro solution is 8 dollars per month per user. To this price you should add the cost of hiring the platform which is 80 dollars per month.

For the "Pro +" and "Vault" packages, please contact us for information about the latest tariffs.

 

Education institutions and associations benefit from special tariffs specifically for them.

# 13 : Can I pay monthly?

You can pay for the Jamespot solution on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual basis. The payment terms must be negotiated with the sales department when the estimate is produced.

# 14 : How long is the contract?

By default, each client is contractually committed for a period of one year with automatic renewal.

 

Each Jamespot client can end their commitment by canceling the contract through LRAR 3 months before the annual contract due date.

# 15 : Can I retrieve my data after the contract ends?

As the owner of your data, you can retrieve it at any time. However, there may be a cost depending on the time period between the end of the contract and the request for data retrieval.
